APLYSIA Environmental Solutions actively participated in the 25th Brazilian Symposium on Water Resources, held from November 19 to 24 in Aracaju, Sergipe. In partnership with Fundação Renova, the company presented two important technical papers on the restoration of the Gualaxo do Norte River and the ecotoxicological assessment of the Doce River basin, both of which were impacted by the Fundão Dam collapse.

The symposium brought together representatives from environmental agencies, universities, and companies under the theme “Water and Society: Resilience, Innovation, and Participation.” Discussions covered key topics such as water resource planning and management, hydraulic processes and urban hydrology, as well as the protection and environmental recovery of watersheds. The event also featured extensive debates on technological innovations and the vital role of societal engagement in water management.
